Here is a picture of the rack I had one of the machinist hog out for me after giving him a pattern. As you can see it is heavy duty, made from 1/2" aluminum. The plastic on top is cut from the lid of a tote box used for moving parts around the shop, they are held on with some heavy duty double back tape, They are on there really good and have not moved for over a year now. Another person on the LiST after seeing this rack asked for the pattern. He now has his own rack along with a N/C program to make more. I believe more were never made, but the program is still around.
