Whit Brown Wheel Balancing Gizmos 
I have a stainless steel shaft of 20 mm diameter (same as axle
diameter),
about two feet long.
These gizmos clamp to sawhorses and suspend the wheel mounted shaft between
them. They provide a very friction-free rotational point/s for balancing
