BTW, below is a piece I translated out of a
Dutch magazine with the yearly differences up to and
including '95 for the Pan. Below there is a text from
the Honda Europe site for the '96 model.
Thought you might like it as well..

1995 SC28-2500001 Standard version
SC28-4500001 ABS-TCS version
For both versions now:
New windscreen, 10mm (0.4") higher
and with "cat eyes" wind openings to
reduce turbulence. Plastic protectors
on side covers (against scratching from
boots). Plastic around steering bars
out of one piece. In crashbars integrated
brace for connecting a lock. Change in
exhaust system and diverse other mod's
to comply to phase 2 of the noise policy.
Damping characteristic changed of front
and back suspension.
(I think they forgot to mention that the steering bars also became
a little higher with the '95 model. )
For 1996, the Pan was fitted a new fork of greater diameter,
and in particular a brand new braking system with bigger front
discs, three-piston calipers and a new, more powerful
generation of ABS that costs less. The best bit was adding CBS
(Combined Brake System) which has been fitted to the
CBR100F since 1993. This system shares the braking load
between the front and rear calipers, thanks to two independent
hydraulic systems. The ABS-CBS twinning gives comfort
and braking effectiveness that was hitherto unequal on a bike.
